Cliffy was an episode of The Rookies (3/3/1975). Written by Mark Slade,  who also played the main character, Cliffy was a young man with learning difficulties who yearned to be a policeman. His sister in this episode was played by Tyne Daly.

Mark won numerous citations for “Cliffy” including the Exceptional Children’s Foundation award, the Kennedy Foundation award, and a commendation from the White House in Washington DC.

As yet, the episode hasn’t been released on DVD and we’ve been unable to find any pictures.
